Jean DelBuono

Jean DelBuono is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and helping ensure every client enjoys a seamless, personalized experience at Bantam Financial. As Office Manager and an Osaic Institutions Financial Advisor, she combines years of industry expertise with a passion for building lasting client relationships and supporting the firm's commitment to outstanding financial guidance.

Jean earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida and began her career in the financial services industry with American Skandia in 1999, followed by Webster Investments. After taking time to raise her three children in Middlebury, she returned to the industry in 2019 with Charles Schwab & Co. before joining Bantam Financial in 2022.

Jean holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations, as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. She works closely with Jessica Welcome-Cafasso and Tom Moran, providing operational leadership, coordinating client events, and supporting every aspect of the client experience. Her attention to detail, organizational expertise, and client-first mindset help ensure that each relationship is built on trust, communication, and personalized service.
