Jessica Welcome-Cafasso, CFP®, is passionate about helping individuals, families, and business owners achieve financial confidence through personalized planning and trusted advice. As a Certified Financial Planner™ professional, she is committed to developing customized financial strategies that help clients build, protect, and preserve their wealth for today and future generations.

Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Central Connecticut State University and holds Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities registrations, along with Life and Health Insurance licenses. Her experience, combined with a client-centered approach, allows her to guide clients through every stage of their financial journey—from investing and retirement planning to wealth preservation and legacy planning.

After a successful 10-year career at Webster bank, Jessica co-founded Bantam Financial with her business partner, Tom Moran. In 2019, they established the independent firm with Osaic Institutions, Inc. as their broker-dealer, creating a wealth management practice built on a simple philosophy: clients always come first.

Over the course of her career, Jessica has helped thousands of clients make informed financial decisions with confidence.
